Gratitude Is The Door To More

Hi Beloved,

If you live in America, I hope that you have been able to spend some time enjoying those you love and those you enjoy spending time with during the Thanksgiving holiday.

And no matter where you live, I hope that you have been able to spend some quality time with yourself. In whatever way that makes you feel appreciated, honored, and loved.

If you have taken many of my classes, you know that a resounding mantra that my Guides and yours have talked about is this:

Gratitude Is the Door To More
— Tamalla Mallet and Her Council of Light

So, if you are wanting more of anything in particular in your life then make sure that you are offering gratitude for that very thing that you have, as often as you can.

Now gratitude, True Gratitude is not just being thankful or appreciative.

True Gratitude is a full body, mind, and emotional state that allows you to fully experience the blessing of whatever it is that you are grateful for.

For example, holding a baby for the first time can cause some people to have a full body, mind and emotional shift into the gratitude of the miracle of procreation, birth, or new life. You experience the miraculousness of the process in your body, in your thoughts and in your emotions. You have a whole experience of the miracle of this soul’s new adventure in this new life.

It awakens you in a way that makes you aware of your own adventure in this life.

It humbles you in a way that makes you realize that you are not alone.

It grants you the grace to see that there is more possible than you even realize.

This is when you know that you have entered True Gratitude.

In 2009, when I was preparing to move to Atlanta with $46 in my pocket and no place to live, I literally was homeless with no job prospects, I began to feel how much I knew that everything was going to be ok. That no matter what, I would survive and find something to be grateful for.

I had escaped an abusive husband, both my kids were safely in college and I was moving on to a new adventure. I was so grateful that I had made it that far that waves of gratitude would wash over me and I would sob in gratitude.

I could only see how miraculous it was that my life was so different than it had ever been and I was excited about the future. It felt like a miracle. And it was.

If you know my story you know that a few days before I moved an old friend called, out of the blue, who lived in the Atlanta area and offered me a place to stay in a vacant dormitory if I would clean it, which I gladly accepted.

And each night when I went to bed I would be filled with so much gratitude that I was not literally sleeping on the streets. That I had a safe place to stay in my new city. I was so grateful for my little room and my bed and the true safety I experienced.

I didn’t ask for anything else, I was just truly grateful. I would cry myself to sleep sometimes at the miracle of it. And that is the truth.

Then a short time later another friend telephoned me and offered me a job taking care of his parents and I gladly accepted. It gave me some money and they insisted that since I cooked all the meals then I had to eat with them too.

I had everything I needed. Money to pay my car payment, car insurance and gas, and all my meals. And I got to spend my days with these wonderful people and being grateful. I didn’t lack for anything, and I didn’t ask for anything. I was just so very grateful to be living in these miracles.

Then I got a job in my career field and so on and each time I got the next blessing it was specifically when I had been basking in gratitude for what I had.

It wasn’t a mental exercise it was a full body, mind and emotion experience. I was in wholeness with a singular energetic resonance: True Gratitude. And it was the door to more, to the next phase, the next experience, the next blessing.

So if I can offer you one nugget of support right now, no matter what stage you are in or what you want to create in your life, give yourself the gift of True Gratitude.

It doesn’t have to take a lot of time, but it does take a lot of focus and intention.

Here is the process:

1.     Find 1 thing that you are grateful for and feel, think and let your body respond to the blessing that it is.

a.     Allow your mind to be filled with all the good things that this blessing has shown you, has opened for you, has allowed you to experience.

b.     Feel how wonderful those experiences are/were.

c.     Allow your body to feel the love, comfort, support or devotion that the blessing provides you.

2.     Bask in the glow that True Gratitude gives you. Let it wash over you and through you.

a.     Laugh, Cry or Dance as your body experiences True Gratitude. Allow your body to respond to this Gratitude in any way that feels good to it. This helps ground it in your body.

b.     When it feels complete, at least for the moment, acknowledge the miracle that you know how to be in True Gratitude.

3.     Go about your day or night with this new resonance and watch the synchronicities, gifts, and blessings, that show up for you without expectation. Just be and observe.

4.     If you have any trouble with any of this then journal around your issue. Why are you struggling with that part. And keep asking why until you get to the root of the problem.

If you need any help, you know how to book a one-on-one session with me or join my courses that deal with your specific issue. You can always email me too at Awaken@YourEmpowermentPlace.com

Take care Beloved and know that there is always something, even one little thing, that you can be grateful for. Focus on that and you will see that for sure, Gratitude Is The Door To More.

I love you,

Tamalla
